Dear friends!

Last yea we opened the possibility of game authorization through royalquest.com for the users of the royalquest.ru. We have already announced full transition to this platform in 2022 in our "Q&A recently. The time has come! 

Approximately, March 23th, the ability to enter the game via the launcher from the royalquest.ru will be ceased to exist, so please take care in advance to link your game account to the royalquest.com to continue your travels on the world of Aura. 

Please note that March 23 is a approximate date and that is a subject to change.

HOW DO I PLAY AFTER THE TRANSFER?

In order to keep on playing the game via Fulqrum Games launcher, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to royalquest.com and create a new account (with any available option, including email or social media profilelinkage).
  2. If you have linked your social media profile to the created account, please ensure that you add your e-mail and confirm it, so you won’t miss special offers from our team.
  3. Go to your profile page, find settings and security, find Royal Quest icon and press “Link Account”.
  4. You will be transfered to the game page in order to fill in your login crtedentials and to confirm account linkage between royalquest.com and royalquest.ru. If you have already been logged in to your account, the linkage will be completed automaticaly.

IMPORTANT: make sure that you are logged in with the correct account at royalquest.ru.

WHY ARE WE DOING THIS?

Safety. royalquest.com is a modern and constantly improving platform with a higher level of data security. By following basic security guidelines, you won't have to worry about the safety of your account or your game valuables.

More features. The old forum was launched back in 2011 and is now obsolete in every sense. So, when we received an offer to add some functionality we couldn't do it, because it was simply impossible to implement. Now the situation will change drasticly.

Modern solutions. A number of technical problems willl remain in the past, for example, difficulties in downloading updated versions of the game through the royalquest.ru site due to some restrictions of Internet service providers.

Comfort. Participating in competitive activities on a united site will be much easier and more convenient.

Q: I will no longer be able to play through the launch of the site royalquest.ru ?

A: Yes, starting from the 23th of March the possibility of logging into the game through the launch site royalquest.ru will be closed.


Q: I already have a us.royalquest.com or royalquest.pl account linked to my portal account, can I synchronize my Russian account as well?

A: No, only one account can be synchronized with the portal account. But you can create a new account and link it to your royalquest.ru account.


Q: I mistakenly linked my royalquest.ru account to royalquest.com. Is it possible to fix it?

A: Yes, if needed you can remove your game account. You can also do it in the "Settings and security" section. Please note that you can do it until March 23.


Q: How do I activate promo codes now?

A: You can activate your promo codes on the according page.


Q: Will I be able to reactivate my account if I need to?

A: Yes, but only until March 23, after you won't be able to relink your account. Be careful not to lose this opportunity!


Q: And what will happen to forum at royalquest.ru ?

А: As of March 23th, the forum will be closed, but it will continue to be an information platform. But don't get upset! On royalquest.com you will find a modern forum, which is currently under development.


Q: Will it still be possible to link my account after March 23, or will everyone who hasn't had time lose their characters?

A: You'll be able to link your account after March 23rd.


Q: This new platform is very uncomfortable to use, can you give an opportunity to use the old Launcher?

A: The Fulqrum Games app is constantly being updated. We carefully collect feedback and pass it onto the team. At first, it may be uncomfortable, but we will try to make the transition and further use of the platform as comfortable as possible for you.


Q: My Account does not have an Email. It’s domain was blocked 4 years ago. What should I do in this situation? Or you don't need an Email for the linkage?

A: You can register an account on the portal under a new email address/through the suggested social networks and link your royalquest.ru account to it.


Q: Can I create a new account with the same email as my old one?

A: Yes, if you have access to the mail you use at royalquest.ru, you can create an account at royalquest.com and link it.


Q: Can I uninstall the old launcher and use the new one? Will I have to reinstall the game?

A: Yes, if the linkage is successful, you can continue to play through the Fulqrum Games app by uninstalling the old game client and downloading the new client through the Fulqrum Games app.


Q: Can I change/re-link the email for my old account myself when I switch platforms?

A: Yes, you can change your email under "Settings & Security". Please specify only the actual email you have access to. This is one more step to keep your game account secure.


Q: I’ve already linked my account to 1C, can I relink this account to another 1C account?

A: No, the royalquest.ru account can only be attached to one account at royalquest.com.


Q: I have connected my account, but my characters are not present, and I am offered to create new ones. What should I do?

A: Probably, you still made a mistake when linking. Double-check that the data you entered is correct. If you're sure you did all the steps correctly, but the characters don't appear, please contact technical support.


Q: How do I check if my account was linked correctly and if it will affect gameplay? If the gameplay is lost, what should I do? For example, I bought a lot of reals from my account, what should I do if the progress is lost or if it’s not correct at the time of the platform transfer?

A: Binding your account to the new platform has no effect on your game progress. You will log in to your character in the state it was at the time of linking. Only the way you log into the game changes.


Q: Do I have to confirm my email?

A: Yes, when registering at royalquest.com you will need to confirm the mail.


Q: Are there any plans on two-factor authentication?

A: Yes, in the future this functionality will appear.


Q: I recharged my account through royalquest.com, but the reals did not come!

A: when buying reales on the portal royalquest.com, the purchase will be added to your account only when you log in to the game through the portal, that is, using the Fulqrum Games application. If you, after buying reales on the portal, log into the game through the royalquest.ru launcher , your balance will remain unchanged, but purchased reales will appear on your account when you run the game through the Fulqrum Games app.
