Transfer to BASE

After September 3, 2024, you will only be able to play Royal Quest through BASE gaming platform. In order to save your ingame progress, you must transfer your account to BASE.

Until September 3, the option to use Royal Quest Launcher will remain.

Players who transfer their ingame progress to BASE before September 3 will also receive these gifts:

- Exclusive Costume (will be shown on July 16th)

- Royal Blessing (7 days)

On July 16, royalquest.com will change its look, and you will be able to transfer your account to the BASE platform in literally two clicks.

Transferring the ingame progress to BASE is simple:

1. Log in the royalquest.com account with the ingame progress you want to save.

2. Make sure that your e-mail address is specified in your personal cabinet and you have access to it. Specify an e-mail if you do not have one. If you do not have access to the previously specified e-mail, contact Support.

3. Click "Transfer to B.A.S.E." on royalquest.com. You will be taken to the game account transfer page.

3.1. Create BASE account if you do not already have one. The e-mail address specified in your personal account at royalquest.com will be used for registration.

3.2. If you have BASE account registered to a different e-mail, you will also be prompted to create a new account with the e-mail address specified in your personal account at royalquest.com.

3.3. If you have BASE account and it is registered to the same email address as your personal account on royalquest.com, the ingame progress from Royal Quest Launcher will replace BASE account progress.

Please note: BASE account ingame progress will not be lost. If you wish to save access to it, please contact Support.

4. Congratulations! Your royalquest.com account's game progress has been successfully transferred to BASE platform.

Please note that the BASE platform provides support on current versions of operating systems (Windows 10 and more modern). 

It is possible to run BASE on other operating systems, but we cannot guarantee in this case the stable performance of the platform and the launcher.
