Maintenance is over

Friends, we're getting back to you with some challenging news.

Today around 01:00 AM GMT, we experienced technical issues beyond our control. The sequence of events affected by these issues led to server crashes and, even more challenging, the loss of game progress data, including backups of this data.

Throughout this time, our specialists made efforts to restore the game progress and character data. 

After all attempts, we regret to inform you that we had to make an extremely difficult decision for everyone: rolling back the game progress on all servers to the state at 01:00 AM GMT on 03.10, the latest time which correct logs and databases were preserved.

How this affects your in-game characters:

— The game progress was restored to the state at 01:00 AM GMT on 03.10. This includes inventories, in-game achievements, quest progress, character experience, and in-game purchases. The rollback affected all in-game entities.

— Reales purchased from 01:00 AM GMT on 03.10 has been returned to your in-game accounts. 

— You may notice a discrepancy in the amount of Reales in the launcher and the game. This is a visual bug that will disappear as soon as you perform any operation with real money in the game.

— Accounts created during this period also require re-registration.

We understand that many of you have managed to achieve significant in-game milestones during this time. Rest assured, over the past day, we explored all possible alternatives to address the issue differently.

To help you recover your lost progress as quickly as possible, we have activated the «Royal Inspiration» until the next scheduled maintenance 10.10, 07:00 AM GMT.

It gives +100% EXP boost by killing monsters and completing quests and +100% chance to drop items (the effect applies to monsters and bosses' chests) for all players.

In addition, items marked as '”Rare” and “Very Rare” obtained from the Smuggler's Dungeon Box have been returned to the characters who originally acquired them. The Reales has returned to your account and can be used to try your luck once again.
